Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your name, email address, and payment and invoice details.
- Information about your goals, training and nutrition that you share with us.
- Health information you choose to share, such as injuries or medication.
- Messages, and the photos and videos you send for form feedback.
- Call recordings and notes, only if you agree at the start of the call.
- Technical data when you visit this website, such as your IP address. Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes it to deliver the site, and the site loads its fonts from Google.

How long we keep it
- Call recordings and notes: 12 months at the latest, or sooner if you ask.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires, which is currently 7 years.
- Other coaching data: deleted within 12 months after your coaching ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use other tools to run the coaching, and they process data for us: a video call tool (Google Meet), our payment provider, an AI note taker (only if you agree), email and hosting providers, and our accountant. Some of these companies are based outside the European Union. Where that is the case, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, give it to you in a usable format, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email kees@keesmoves.com and we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
We keep your data in tools protected by passwords and limit who can see it. Only we, and the tools that need it to do their job, have access.
Changes
We may change this policy. The version and date at the top show when it was last updated.
